Tell us as soon as you need to change or cancel a confirmed stay by emailing [email protected].

Cancelled confirmed stays are marked refund-pending and reviewed with you. Refund timing and amount depend on how much notice we have and whether the kennel can be rebooked.

We will confirm any refund in writing to the email used at booking.
