Terms and Conditions

A stay is booked when dates are available and payment is completed. Eligible bookings confirm automatically while a kennel remains free.

You pay for occupied nights only. Checkout morning is not charged.

Dogs must be suitable for a small boarding stay. We may refuse or end a stay if a dog cannot be kept safely with the other animals in our care.

You authorise veterinary care if needed. Reasonable veterinary costs remain the owner’s responsibility.

The street address is shared with confirmed guests rather than published on the website.
