What an occupied night means
Check-in is the first occupied night. Checkout morning is not an occupied night and is not charged. A one-night stay is check-in one day and check-out the next morning.
Weight bands
A dog of 10 kg is charged at the lower rate. A dog of 10.1 kg is charged at the higher rate. Two dogs are charged separately unless they share a kennel — sharing is a request, not a discount on its own.
Eligible stays confirm automatically while a kennel remains free. If you need to cancel a confirmed stay, email [email protected] and we will confirm any refund in writing.
